  • The nervous system, trauma awareness and somatic processes

  • How to structure and safely facilitate both a Restorative and Conscious Connected Breathwork session

  • How to recognise and respond to different physical and emotional responses during breathwork

  • Client suitability, contraindications, consent and ethical practice

  • Supportive presence, communication, touch and the use of vibrational instruments for somatic release

  • How to support grounding, regulation and integration

  • Practical experience facilitating both one-to-one and small-group sessions

TWO APPROACHES TO BREATHWORK

The training focuses on two complementary approaches:

Conscious Connected Breathwork, an activating practice that can take you beyond the thinking mind, allowing emotions, insights and deeper patterns to surface.

And Restorative Breathwork, a gentler approach using slower breathing practices to support regulation, grounding and integration.

A TRAINING ROOTED IN EXPERIENCE

This training is not only about learning how to facilitate Conscious Connected Breathwork. You’ll experience the practices yourself, explore your own patterns and understand the process from the inside.

Alongside this personal experience, you’ll learn the science of the breath, nervous system and trauma awareness, and develop the practical skills needed to facilitate safely and with confidence. During the in-person training, you’ll practise facilitating both one-to-one sessions and small groups.

TESTIMONIALS

Camelia Ekm

Tom Foley

I've grown so much during this journey. I've made amazing friendships with like-minded people, which is something I'd been lacking in my life, and I've learnt so much about my traumas and the patterns I've held onto for so long.

I've done so much healing and am now genuinely able to love myself, put my own interests first and have so much more confidence in myself and the path I'm on. Before the breathwork, I had so many doubts, not only about my path but about my ability to pursue the life I wanted. I feel so much lighter and freer moving through the world now.

The course has also given me so much hope for my future. I can see a path forward that doesn't look like the conventional hustle and bustle I'd previously thought was inevitable. I'm so excited to have these tools and potentially turn them into a career, and I can genuinely see how much benefit can come from teaching and facilitating this work for others.

Thank you so much, Holly, for organising such an amazing course. It's been such a key turning point in my life, and something I will always be grateful for.
