My name is Holly and I'm the creator of Mystic Village. It took a year and a half to build, which gave me time to think of what kind of business I wanted to run; its values and ethics.
I believe in being of service to others, and giving back to those who need it, so we host charity fundraisers and a portion of our general profits also go to local charities
Mystic Village follows a grounded, embodied philosophy and practices, using movement (yoga), and activating somatic practices (breathwork) and complementing these with gentler, insightful modalities to help you process and integrate.
My personal story starts with my mum. She had a very traumatic childhood and as is common - the pain and anger she carried often surfaced in her behaviour towards me. Growing up in that environment I inherited some of that anger, repeating our generational patterns.
Around the age of 30, my mum had two heart attacks and Near Death Experiences that drastically changed her perspective. She began exploring spiritual practices, and the small hotel we owned became a'New Age' center with monthly meditations, talks, and workshops.
Opening up to spirituality didn’t instantly heal our dynamic. Growing up was a strange mix—continued arguments and emotional pain, alongside learning about spiritual modalities and personal growth. It was a gradual healing journey.
I left home at 18 and the UK after university, working as a fashion stylist in cities like New York and Hong Kong, living a fast-paced lifestyle. Eventually disillusioned, I longed for deeper meaning, a way to help others and to go full circle back to my spiritual roots. That search led me to India for yoga teacher training—then to Pai where I was a partner in Bodhi Tree Yoga for 5 years before opening up Mystic Village.
It was in Pai that I discovered breathwork — it became the heart of my transformation. Breathwork helped me release long-held anger and gain a deeper understanding of both myself and my mother. Breathwork along with yoga, meditation, nature, spiritual psychotherapy and community have helped me work through my shadows and navigate life with greater ease and joy. It is this holistic approach of mixing beautiful practices that are both spiritual and practical that we also aim to bring to Mystic.
Healing our generational trauma is my proudest achievement in life. I adore my mum and my family and dedicate this wellness sanctuary to them.

We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment. All our facilitators for psychosomatic work are certified and trauma informed. We are LGTBQ friendly and this is a female owned and run operation.
