BREATHWORK
I am very happy to share these breathwork journeys as it has been the most powerful and transformative modality I've experienced.
We use Conscious Connected Breath through the mouth and this takes you to an altered state of consciousness where healing and personal growth can occur.
It works on so many levels: For some, breathwork may open the door to profound spiritual experiences, inviting a sense of connection with the divine, of transcendence, and oneness with the universe.
Others may face and release old 'negative' emotions that hold them back. Breathwork offers a powerful tool for accepting and understanding these old stuck stories and feelings and letting them work through the body and release.
In this deep state you can access your subconscious, getting to the root cause of your issues, processing and transforming old, unhelpful belief systems.
Breathwork is a wonderful experience of curiosity to who we are, how we have got to where we are, and how we can have a more joyful and truthful future. This journey and all parts of ourselves are held in a sacred container filled with love and compassion.
Wear comfortable clothes, don't eat 1.5 hours before and please contact me if you have a history of heart or respiratory problems. Not suitable if you have had psychosis within the last 10 years.

YOGA
All core teachers have a minimum of four years’ teaching experience and 500-hour teacher training certification, ensuring expert guidance.
Vinyasa Flow & Sound Bath
This dynamic Vinyasa class blends movement, breath, and awareness to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and deepen your connection to yourself. Flowing seamlessly through postures, you’ll build heat, flexibility, and resilience, creating a moving meditation that cultivates both strength and presence.
The practice ends with a short soundbath and gratitude meditation, to calm our nervous system and to connect to our hearts and blessings.
